Mr. Kishore Kumar Sutar is a pioneering agri-tech entrepreneur and social leader, best known as the Founder & CEO of Orchid Biotech and widely recognized as the “Orchid Man of Odisha.” With deep expertise in tissue culture and orchid cultivation, he has empowered farmers through innovative horticulture practices. Sri Parthasarathi Mishra
Mr. Parthasarathi Mishra is a distinguished HR leader with over three decades of experience across steel, manufacturing, mining, engineering, and global consulting. He served as CHRM at Tata Steel for Kalinganagar, Gopalpur, and OMQ, playing a key role in establishing the Kalinganagar Mega Steel Plant and developing Gopalpur as a SEZ hub. He has held global leadership roles with organizations such as Zamil Steel, Bateman (Netherlands), and Pipavav Defence, and has worked across multiple countries implementing strategic HR practices. Currently a Board Member of Odisha Corporate Foundation, he is widely recognized with numerous national and international awards for his contributions to HR innovation and organizational excellence.

Sri Sashi Shekhar Mohanty
Mr. Sashi Shekhar Mohanty is a highly respected leader in India’s steel industry with over 45 years of experience. Currently the CEO & Managing Director of Essar Minmet Limited, he has held key leadership roles at SAIL, including Director (Technical) and Managing Director of Bokaro Steel Plant, leading it to become the country’s largest value-added flat steel producer. He has also served in senior positions across major organizations such as Bhilai Steel Plant, NINL, NSPCL, and IDCOL. A Distinguished Alumnus of NIT Rourkela and VSSUT, he is a recipient of the Platinum Award (2018) and the Lifetime Achievement Award at the National Metallurgist Awards 2024, and has authored over 50 technical papers with two patents to his credit.
